Alexandru Baitu has extensive experience in management and operations within diverse sectors, including human resources and environmental safety. Previously, from November 2010 to September 2017, Alexandru held the position of Human Resources Manager for the Romanian Branch of SIM S.p.A., overseeing recruitment, training, and performance management. Prior roles include Operations Manager at various construction projects and Area Project Manager for the Romanian Border Police, focusing on integrated security systems.
