Throughout their career, Karolina has gained extensive knowledge in accounting, financial reporting, and system implementation.

Karolina Tallar began their education at West Island College from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained their high school diploma. Karolina then attended Marianopolis College from 1993 to 1995 and received a Diploma of Collegial Studies (C.E.G.E.P) in Pure and Applied Sciences. After completing their studies at Marianopolis College, Karolina enrolled in Concordia University from 1995 to 1998. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in commerce with a focus on accounting.
