Karolina Tallar

Karolina Tallar has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. In their most recent role as Global CFO at CMSPI, they provided financial leadership and management. Prior to that, they served as Group CFO at Scalar Decisions, where they led the finance and accounting team and played a key role in the company's sale to CDW Canada. Karolina also held the position of Director of Accounting and Finance at Scalar, overseeing the accounting cycle and financial reporting. Earlier in their career, Karolina served as V.P. of Finance and Accounting at Vertex Business Services, where they were responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Karolina also worked as Director of Finance at Vertex, managing special projects and implementing system processes. As a Finance Manager at Alliance Data, Karolina successfully integrated an acquisition and led accounting and finance functions. Karolina began their career as a Controller at News Canada Inc, handling financial statements and various accounting tasks. Karolina also worked as an Accountant at Whitesell Canada Corporation, managing financial statements and supervising staff. Throughout their career, Karolina has gained extensive knowledge in accounting, financial reporting, and system implementation.

Karolina Tallar began their education at West Island College from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained their high school diploma. Karolina then attended Marianopolis College from 1993 to 1995 and received a Diploma of Collegial Studies (C.E.G.E.P) in Pure and Applied Sciences. After completing their studies at Marianopolis College, Karolina enrolled in Concordia University from 1995 to 1998. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in commerce with a focus on accounting.
