Dr. Colleen Morley has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Dr. Colleen currently holds the position of Associate Chief Clinical Operations Officer-Continuum of Care at UI Health - University of Illinois Hospital & Health Sciences System since 2022. Dr. Colleen also served as President of CMSA (Case Management Society of America) from 2021 to 2022.

Prior to these roles, Dr. Morley worked as the Founder and Educator at Altra Healthcare Consulting starting from 2017. Dr. Colleen has also held the position of Director of Case Management at Weiss Memorial Hospital from 2022 to 2022 and Regional Director of Case Management-Chicago Market at Pipeline Health System from 2021 to 2022.

Dr. Morley has been actively involved in professional organizations such as ANA-Illinois, where they served as Secretary from 2019 to 2021, and CMSA Chicago, where they held various leadership positions including President and President Elect.

Their previous roles also include Director of Inpatient Care Coordination/Integrated Care at Cook County Health from 2021 to 2021, UR Specialist at Pipeline from 2021 to 2021, and Director of Case Management at West Suburban Medical Center from 2018 to 2020.

Dr. Colleen Morley DNP RN CCM CMAC CMCN ACM-RN FCM has an extensive education history in the field of nursing. Dr. Colleen completed their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree at Jacksonville University from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained their Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from South Suburban College between 1996 and 1999. In 2009 to 2010, they pursued a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree with a specialization in Healthcare Systems Management from Norwich University. To further enhance their expertise, they completed their Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) degree in Nursing Administration at Chamberlain University from 2015 to 2017. These educational achievements provide a solid foundation for Dr. Morley's career as a nursing professional.
