Joel Pannikot

Joel Pannikot has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Joel is currently the Managing Director at Chartered Market Technician Private Limited, where they design, tests, and executes innovative solutions for the CMT Association worldwide. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Asia-Pacific at CMT Association, Inc., focused on enhancing member value across the region. Joel also founded Peak You Learn Tech LLP, a venture aimed at providing educational services. In addition, Joel has worked as the CEO of Zaya Learning Labs, overseeing the strategic direction of the social enterprise. Joel also held positions at Bloomberg LP, managing the company's strategy for sales and relationships with universities in the Asia-Pacific region, and at Athena India, which they founded and grew into a six-city network. Before that, they worked as a Senior Trading Associate at TransMarket Group Research (India) Pvt. Ltd. and PT education, where they served as a Centre Manager.

Joel Pannikot obtained a PG Diploma in Innovation and Design Thinking from Emeritus in the year 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Mech from Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering, Nagpur between 1997 and 2001. Joel also completed a course in Design Thinking from MIT Sloan School of Management in 2016. In terms of secondary education, Joel completed their Higher Secondary Certificate (H.S.C) in Science from St. Xavier's College in 1997. Their earliest educational experience was at Don Bosco High School, Borivali where they obtained a secondary school certificate in an open field between 1983 and 1995. Additionally, Joel obtained a certification in Innovation of Products and Services from EMERITUS Institute of Management in October 2016.
