Carl Reynolds

Carl Reynolds is an experienced project manager currently serving at CMT Technical Services and Western Technologies Inc. since April 2023 and July 2022, respectively. Previously, Carl held the position of Senior Special Inspector at Professional Service Industries, Inc. from December 2021 to November 2022, and at GeoTest Services, Inc. from October 2019 to March 2022. Carl also worked as a Senior Project Manager at Mayes Testing Engineers, Inc. for over two decades, from May 1997 to October 2019, and served as Lead Inspector at Hayre McElroy & Associates for a brief period in 2008. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from the University of Washington and an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Shoreline Community College. Additionally, Carl is a certified helicopter pilot with private and commercial certifications obtained from Silver State Helicopters and an instrument rating from Mission Mountain Helicopters.
