John C. Williams Jr., EMBA, currently serves as the Southwest Region Director of Operations and Talent Acquisition at CMTS LLC since August 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Senior Vice President at Williams CM Group, LLC. from July 2017 to August 2021, and Director of Marketing & Program Applications at PSA Constructors, Inc. from November 2011 to 2017. John’s career began in the United States Marine Corps, where John C. served as E-5 SGT from July 1982 to July 1991, receiving multiple awards for outstanding leadership. Academically, John holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Higher Education Leadership from Grand Canyon University, an Executive Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and an Associate of Science in General Studies from Colorado Technical University. Education also includes time at Kaplan University and Buchtel High School, graduating in 1982.
