We source our seafood from over 20 different coastal regions around the world and utilize a certified staff to monitor and inspect all product acquisitions abroad. We thoroughly understand what quality is and where it can be found in the world for customers. Our approach is hands-on. In all instances, we work closely with business partners providing technical training in advanced seafood harvesting, handling and processing procedures. We also work together with local government agencies to ensure that community and environmental concerns are met.
