Michael Knowlson

Michael Knowlson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michael started their career as a Busser at El Patron, where they were responsible for maintaining cleanliness and resetting tables. Michael then worked at Hyatt Regency Albuquerque as a Dining Services and Guest Services staff, where they served food and drinks and later became an In Room Dining Server. At Pan American Center, Michael provided client services and handled security duties at large and small events.

Michael then transitioned into sales roles, starting at CarMax as a Sales Consultant and eventually joining the Presidents Club for their outstanding performance in vehicle and warranty sales. Michael continued their sales career at Melloy Nissan as a Sales Consultant-Product Specialist, where they gained extensive knowledge about Nissan models and successfully guided customers through the sales process.

After that, Michael worked at Sherwin-Williams as a Store Manager, where they achieved sales goals and exceeded budgets. Michael showcased their expertise in profit and loss analysis, inventory management, sales calls, and customer interactions.

Most recently, Michael joined PalFish as a TEFL Certified Palfish Teacher/Experienced Teacher in Spain. Michael utilized personal marketing techniques and engaging posts to capture the attention of students seeking advanced level English teaching. Through trial lessons and effective teaching skills, they successfully attracted students and achieved a high rating as a Best Teacher.

Currently, Michael is employed at CMX1 (ComplianceMetrix) as an Enterprise Sales Development Representative.

Michael Knowlson obtained a B.A in Business Administration with a focus on Management, specifically Project and Supply Chain Management, and Human Resource Management, from New Mexico State University between 2013 and 2016. Prior to that, they attended CNM from 2012 to 2013 for General Education. Their earliest education was at La Cueva from 2008 to 2012, also for General Education. In addition to their formal education, Michael received certifications including Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) from TEFL Madrid Academy in March 2019, and Certified Professional SalesPerson (CPSP) from NASP - National Association of Sales Professionals in September 2017.
