Daniel Carney

Daniel Carney is a highly experienced bioengineer with a strong background in sensor development, electrochemical monitoring, and polymer synthesis. Currently serving as a Senior Bioengineer at CN Bio Innovations, Daniel has previously held positions such as Scientific Consultant at Osler Diagnostics and Senior Sensor Scientist at Sphere Medical, where significant contributions included the development of medical sensors and oversight of production transfers. Daniel's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Probe Scientific Ltd and research at Illumina, Schlumberger, and other notable firms, where comprehensive expertise in academic collaboration, quality control, and regulatory compliance was demonstrated. Daniel holds a PhD in Inorganic Materials Chemistry and an M.Chem (Hons) in Chemistry from The University of Manchester.
