Ken Novak

Ken Novak serves as Chief Scientist and Assistant Director of the Center for Justice Research & Innovation at CNA Corporation since June 2023. Previously, Ken Novak held various academic positions at the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) from September 1999 to December 2023, including Professor, Chair of the Department of Criminal Justice and Criminology, and Associate and Assistant Professor. Ken Novak earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Bowling Green State University.
