Michael Yang Venter

Michael Yang Venter is an Emerging Technology Researcher at CNA Corporation since March 2023, focusing on market research and prototyping of AI, data, and cloud analysis tools for IT modernization. Prior to this role, Michael served as a Web Developer and Software Engineer II at Verisign from August 2018 to August 2021, where contributions included front-end development and enhancing collaboration through standardized guidelines. As a Co-Founder and Game Developer at Sol Tower Games LLC. from October 2016 to December 2020, Michael designed a VR therapy environment and worked on character and game design. Michael also gained experience as a UX Developer at GetSmarter in June 2016, designing an internal communication app. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Virginia, earned in 2018.
