Yancey Hrobowski, Ph.D., is a seasoned research analyst at CNA since November 2010, specializing in multi-disciplinary, field-based research to support government policy and operational decisions. Previously, Yancey served as a microbiologist/virologist at the DC Department of Health from May 2008 to November 2010 and as an Emerging Infectious Disease Research Fellow at the Centers for Disease Control from September 2006 to May 2008. Yancey began the professional journey as a high school science teacher at Tulane University in early 2005. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Microbiology and Molecular Virology from Tulane University School of Medicine and a B.S. in Microbiology from Xavier University of Louisiana.
