Annemarie Smith is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in claims consulting and insurance. Currently serving as a Senior Claims Consultant at CNA Insurance since August 2021, Annemarie previously held the position of Sr. Claims Specialist in Cyber Technology/Media at AXA XL from May 2019 to March 2021. Prior to that, Annemarie was a Partner and Associate Attorney at D'Amato & Lynch, LLP from July 1996 to May 2019.
