Beth Tansey

Beth Tansey has extensive legal and managerial experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Claims Legal at CNA Insurance since November 2017, where responsibilities include leading Litigation Counsel and specialty and commercial coverage teams. Prior to this role, Beth held several positions at The Hartford, including VP of Litigation Counsel and Regional Vice President for the South Region, overseeing litigation for over 5,000 cases and managing a team of 9 offices. Additionally, Beth has served as Managing Attorney for the Florida Staff Legal Team at The Hartford and as House Counsel Manager at Progressive Insurance. Beth holds a Juris Doctor degree from George Mason University's Antonin Scalia Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from The George Washington University.
