Craig Havens

Craig Havens is an experienced insurance professional currently serving as Vice President and Regional Underwriting Manager for Middle Markets in the Northeast at CNA Insurance since November 2022. Previously, Craig held the position of Vice President Commercial Officer for the New Jersey Branch at CNA. Prior to this, Craig worked at Zurich North America as Underwriting Manager for Middle Markets in the NY Metro from July 2020 to October 2022. Craig's extensive career at Travelers from July 2005 to June 2020 included various roles, culminating in Managing Director of Commercial Accounts. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bucknell University, obtained in 2005.
