Danita Davis Sudac

Danita Davis Sudac currently serves as the Director of Strategic Coverage Counsel at CNA Insurance since May 2024 and is a Partner at Tressler LLP, where Danita has worked since January 2017. Previously, Danita was an Attorney at Merlo Kanofsky Gregg & Machalinski Ltd. from April 2006 to January 2017 and served as a Staff Attorney and Law Clerk for the Honorable Ronald F. Bartkowicz at the Cook County Circuit Court from February 2004 to April 2006. Danita holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Valparaiso University School of Law, obtained between 2000 and 2003, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from Drake University, completed from 1996 to 2000.
