Joel Schneider

Joel Schneider is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic and technological roles at CNA Insurance since June 2004, currently serving as Vice President of Strategy & Transformation and previously in various leadership positions including Vice President of Information Technology and Assistant Vice President of Underwriting Process & Technology. Schneider has a strong background in optimizing commercial underwriting processes, improving sales and underwriting decisions, and managing operations within a $50M risk control department. Prior to CNA, Schneider worked as a consultant at Oriel Inc, focusing on developing Six Sigma training programs. Schneider holds an MBA in Strategic Management and Execution from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
