Kyle Hartman

Kyle Hartman serves as Vice President, Corporate Litigation & Associate General Counsel at CNA Insurance since April 2018, overseeing strategic litigation management across various domains including regulatory and corporate litigation matters. Previously, Kyle was a Partner at Seyfarth Shaw LLP from 2006 to 2018, specializing in national class action and complex litigation defense with a focus on employment and commercial litigation, and conducted high-level corporate investigations. Kyle also held the rank of Captain in the Army National Guard from 2000 to 2012, gaining leadership experience and participating in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Educational credentials include a JD from Marquette University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude, from Marquette University, with a dual focus in History and Military Science.
