Lissette Perez has over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Specialty Processing General Manager of Services and Operations at CNA Insurance since December 2002. Lissette has held various management positions, overseeing teams responsible for claims operations, filing services, and reporting, while focusing on performance and development aligned with corporate goals. Previous roles include Claims Representative and Technician, where Lissette was involved in managing customer claims and processing specialized claims. Lissette also has experience as a contractor at Kelly Services and as a Marketing and Sales intern at Teen People Magazine. A graduate of Skidmore College, Lissette holds a Bachelor's Degree.
