Luke Mellors

Luke Mellors is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience across various industries, particularly in insurance, hospitality, and entertainment. Currently serving as Vice President of Technology at CNA Insurance since July 2023, Luke is focused on leading the company's technology transformation initiatives in Canada. Prior to this role, Luke held significant positions at Allstate Insurance Company of Canada as Director of Data Technology and Innovation Services and at MLSE as Senior Director of Technology. Luke's career includes key leadership roles at Sirius XM Canada Inc., XM Canada, Hilton Grand Vacations, Expotel, The Dorchester, and Delta Hotels, demonstrating a strong capacity for guiding technological advancements and organizational change. Luke holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Hospitality from Ryerson University and has education from Cranfield University.
