Mary A. Seisser

Mary A. Seisser has extensive experience in the healthcare and risk management sectors. Since 1989, Mary has served at CNA Financial in the Healthcare Risk Control division, where responsibilities include leading professional liability risk assessments, designing risk control recommendations, and acting as a Trusted Advisor to various stakeholders. Previously, from 1986 to 1989, Mary worked as a Nurse Paralegal at Peterson, Ross, Schloerb & Seidel, providing consulting expertise in medical professional liability defense and preparing key documentation for legal matters. Early in her career, Mary was an Instructor of Nursing at Northern Illinois University, where teaching responsibilities encompassed nursing core courses and supervising clinical rotations. Educational credentials include an MSN in Medical-Surgical Nursing from The University of Texas at Austin, a BS in Nursing from Northern Illinois University, and an AS in Nursing from Elgin Community College.
