Nathan Smith

Nathan Smith is a highly experienced Workers' Compensation Claims Consultant currently employed at CNA Insurance since February 2024. Previously, Nathan served as the Workers' Compensation Claims Team Leader and Senior Claims Representative at ESIS, Inc. from November 2006 to February 2024. Nathan began a career in claims as a Claims Representative at Sentry Insurance from 2005 to 2006, and prior to entering the insurance industry, Nathan was a Non Commissioned Officer in the United States Air Force from 1997 to 2003. Nathan holds a Bachelor's degree from James Madison University, obtained between 2003 and 2005, an Associate's degree in Communications Technology from Community College of the Air Force, completed between 1997 and 2003, and studied at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center from 1998 to 1999.
