Nayan Thakkar Cissp

Nayan Thakkar, CISSP and CISM, currently serves as the Director of IT Risk Management at CNA Insurance, focusing on defining risk frameworks, conducting risk evaluations, and enhancing risk management across the enterprise. Previously, Nayan held various roles at Volkswagen of America, including IT Risk and Compliance Manager and IT Risk and Compliance Specialist, where significant contributions were made in IT risk governance, compliance, and training. Nayan's career began at the National Restaurant Association as Director of Network Infrastructure, also holding positions as Network Manager and Network Engineer, along with experience at Asset International. Nayan holds a Master's in Information Technology from Northwestern University, complemented by degrees in Business Finance, Banking, and RDBMS Technology.
