Neil Urbanowski

Neil Urbanowski is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resource Business Partner at CNA Insurance, Neil collaborates with leaders in Finance, Treasury, and Long-Term Care to develop human capital strategies. Previously, as a Senior HR Business Partner at COUNTRY Financial®, Neil fostered partnerships with executive leaders in Property/Casualty, Life/Health, and Information Technology. Neil’s career includes significant positions at Caterpillar Inc., where responsibilities spanned project management, global learning development, HR shared services, and talent acquisition. Neil holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bradley University, along with an Associate of Arts from Illinois Valley Community College.
