Shrilalitha Yegnaraman possesses over 20 years of experience in the insurance and technology sectors, with a strong focus on application development and business analysis. At CNA Insurance, Shrilalitha advanced from a Business Analyst Specialist, where expertise included migrating legacy systems to Guidewire's Policy Center, to a Director of Application Development, overseeing application ownership and delivering solutions for underwriting needs. Shrilalitha also led CNA's RPA program, ensuring governance and alignment with organizational standards. Prior experience includes business analysis at AIG, where requirements were gathered for web-based underwriting systems, and Java development at Tech Mahindra, focused on multilingual applications.
