Sam Jayasundera

Sam Jayasundera, CTMP, ICF-ACC, CSM®, serves as a People & Leadership Development Consultant at Humanasity Inc. since February 2021, focusing on cultivating culturally intelligent leaders and fostering inclusive workplace cultures. Currently a Board Member at ICF Toronto - Charter Chapter, Sam holds the position of Co-Director for Memberships & Volunteer and is a member of the Strategic Planning Committee. As a SHRM Facilitator since November 2021, Sam provides training design and facilitation services for SHRM in the Middle East & North Africa region. Sam's previous roles include VP - Head of HR Business Partnership & HR Transformation at Emirates NBD, where responsibilities included leading HR initiatives across multiple countries, and Managing Partner at Cutting Edge Consultancy, which grew significantly under Sam's leadership. A well-educated professional, Sam holds a Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion for HR from Cornell University, an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management, and a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Leicester.
