Sarah Tatum has a strong background in product and project management. Sarah currently works as a Director of Technical Product Delivery at CNA National, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Aura Solutions, LLC from 2019 to 2023, holding various roles including Product Manager, Project Manager, and Business Analyst. Previously, they worked at Televerde from 2011 to 2019, where they served as a Product Owner, Project Manager, Project Business Analyst, Campaign Reporting and Systems Specialist, and Teleservice Representative.
Sarah Tatum has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology from Grand Canyon University, which they obtained between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology at Rio Salado College from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, Sarah has several certifications including a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in June 2021. Sarah also holds a Certified Associate in Project Management certification from the same institute, obtained in September 2016. Furthermore, Sarah has two certifications in Eloqua: Eloqua Masters Certification and Eloqua Revenue Performance Management, both obtained in June 2013.
