Sean Gill is an accomplished data engineering and reporting professional with extensive experience in leading teams and optimizing data processes. Currently serving as the Director of Data Engineering and Reporting at CNA National, Sean previously held the position of Director of Data Engineering at ebbo, where Sean managed a team of 16 and achieved significant cost savings through the optimization of Snowflake processes. In roles as Platform Architect and Enterprise Data Architect, Sean contributed to the successful development of customer solutions and analytics platforms that garnered accolades and revenue growth. With foundational experience in database administration and engineering across multiple organizations, Sean holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lake Forest College.
