Michael O'Connell

Michael O'Connell is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as Vice President of Underwriting and Field Operations at CNA Surety since December 2014. O'Connell has held various positions at CNA Surety, including AVP & Territorial Underwriting Officer, Underwriting Director, and Underwriting Consultant. Prior experience includes a role as an Underwriter at OdysseyRe in 2014 and at Liberty Mutual Surety™ from 2009 to 2014. O'Connell earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Fordham University, attending from 2004 to 2008, and completed secondary education at Boston College High School from 2000 to 2004.
