Vikram Nafde

Vikram Nafde currently serves as the EVP and Chief Information Officer at Webster Bank since September 2020, overseeing digital and traditional financial service delivery for the bank's diverse customer base. With a robust background in technology leadership, Vikram previously held roles such as the SVP and Global Head of Software Engineering, implementing the Scaled Agile operating model within the organization. Additional leadership positions include Board Member at United Way of Coastal and Western Connecticut, member of the CNBC Technology Executive Council and the Wall Street Journal CIO Network, and Co-Chair at Evanta, a Gartner Company. Vikram's extensive experience in technology management has been demonstrated through significant roles at Genpact, Bridgewater Associates, Starwood Hotels, and GE Asset Management. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance and IT from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
