Shloka Badkar

Shloka Badkar is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in the media industry. Currently serving as a Senior Subeditor at CNBC-TV18 since March 2022, Shloka previously held the position of Senior Copyeditor at Times of India from March 2018 to March 2022, where initial work included an internship in December 2017. Prior experience includes internships at NDTV and SoCheers Infotech pvt. ltd. in 2016 and 2015, respectively, as well as a brief internship at Grey Matter Entertainment in 2015. Academic qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism from Times School of Journalism (2017-2018) and a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism (Mass Media) from Smt Mithibai Motiram Kundnani College of Commerce and Economics (2014-2017), preceded by high school education at Lilavatibai Podar Senior Secondary School.
