Nilesh Thakur

Nilesh Thakur currently serves as the Director of Software Operations and Video Technology at CNBC, a position held since September 2010. Thakur previously held the role of Technical Project Manager at Akamai Technologies from June 2009 to August 2010 and served as a Senior Systems Analyst for Digital Media at CNBC/NBC Universal from March 2004 to April 2009, where significant accomplishments included re-engineering the video content production process and drastically reducing transcoding time by 300%.
