Prabhu Panchaksharam

Prabhu Panchaksharam, MBA, serves as the Head of Quality, Performance & Site Reliability Engineering for NBCU News Group since August 2021, leading teams for NBC News, Today, MSNBC, and CNBC. With extensive experience at CNBC since 2011, Prabhu has held various leadership roles, including Director of Quality, Performance & Site Reliability Engineering, where responsibilities included overseeing the customer experience across CNBC's on-air and digital applications. Prabhu initiated the QA to QE transformation for News Group Digital, emphasizing continuous quality improvement. Previous positions include QA Automation Engineer at Donovan Data Systems and QA Lead at CNBC, along with roles at Comcast Cable and GE Healthcare. Prabhu holds an MBA in Management from the Feliciano School of Business and various certifications, including a Six Sigma Green Belt.
