Pamela Santaolaya

Pamela Santaolaya is a skilled content developer and strategist with a diverse background in content management and communication. Currently serving as a Content Developer I at Mastercam since February 2024, Pamela previously held the role of Content Strategist at Solution21, Inc. from August 2022 to April 2024, where responsibilities included refining brand voices, enhancing landing page content, and managing email marketing campaigns. As a Lead Copywriting Intern at Yondo, Pamela collaborated with cross-functional teams to produce branded content, notably creating an educational ebook for entrepreneurs. Additional experience includes managing lifeguards and training staff at Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort & Marina and providing writing tutoring services at California State University, Monterey Bay, where Pamela earned a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities and Communication in May 2022.
