Erik Poppelreiter

Erik Poppelreiter is an accomplished software engineering leader with extensive experience in managing large-scale engineering teams and projects. Currently serving as Director of Software Engineering at insightsoftware, Erik has successfully scaled a global team by four times and managed multimillion-dollar engineering budgets. Erik has played key roles in the migration of legacy systems to the cloud, contributed to Fortune 500 client agreements, and participated in M&A activities. Prior to this, Erik held various engineering positions at Certent, Inc., Eyefinity, and Agilent Technologies, demonstrating expertise in Agile methodologies, UX/UI design, and full software development life cycles. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from California State University-Sacramento.
