Mudragada Rajesh started their work experience in 2012 as a Marketing Executive at CMC LTD. Mudragada then moved on to Softthink Solutions Inc in 2013, where they worked as an IT Recruiter until 2015. In 2015, they joined CNET Global Solutions, Inc as a Senior Talent Acquisition specialist.

From 2010 to 2012, Mudragada Rajesh attended Thushara Information Technology & Science, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Marketing.
