Djimasbe Ngaradoum has extensive experience in the agriculture and development sector. Djimasbe has held various leadership positions, including Chief of Party (COP) for the Cultivating New Frontiers in Agriculture (CNFA) and Chief of Party for the Liberia Agribusiness Development Activity (USAID/LADA). In these roles, they provided overall leadership, management, and technical direction of the projects. Djimasbe also served as the Chief of Party for the Strengthening Agricultural Value Chains and Youth Project/Country Representative, where they maintained high-level relationships with stakeholders and identified and implemented program adjustments.
Prior to their work with CNFA, Djimasbe founded and served as the Managing Director of Observatoire et Alternatives de Développement Adaptées (OBADA), where they developed and implemented a youth agricultural extension training program and coordinated cross-border trade monitoring. Djimasbe also worked as the Deputy Chief of Party and Regional M&E Specialist for the West Africa Fertilizer Program (USAID/WAFP) and the West African Cotton Improvement Program (USAID/WACIP) at the International Fertilizer Development Center (IFDC). In these roles, Djimasbe managed relationships with stakeholders and led the design and implementation of M&E systems.
Additionally, Djimasbe has experience as an M&E Specialist for Fond Social de Développement (FSD) under the French Cooperation, where they evaluated grant applications and conducted field monitoring. Djimasbe also served as the Component Leader for the Rural Economy Improvement Project at the Association de Coopération Rurale en Afrique et en Amérique Latine (ACRA)/Italian Cooperation, where they established forest protection committees and implemented business development services.
Early in their career, Djimasbe worked as an Assistant Researcher for the Agricultural Marketing and Technology Transfer Project (USAID/AMTT) at Development Alternatives Inc. (DAI), where they trained and supervised field enumerators and managed the project database.

Djimasbe Ngaradoum obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art from the University of Chad, attending from 1989 to 1991. Later on, in 2007, they received a Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation of Agricultural Projects, Programs, and Policies from Institut Forhom in La Rochelle, France. In 2010, Djimasbe pursued further education by completing an MBA in International Trade at ISG Institut Supérieur de Gestion, concluding their studies in 2012.
