Andrea Andre

Andrea Andre has extensive experience in the legal and compliance field. Andrea is currently serving as the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at CNG Holdings, Inc since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Axcess Financial from 2016 to 2021, holding various roles including Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel, Secretary, General Counsel, and Senior Corporate Counsel.

Before joining Axcess Financial, Andrea worked as a Compliance Manager at Security National Automotive Acceptance Company from 2013 to 2016. Andrea also gained valuable experience at Cash America, where they held positions such as Director Corporate Legal Counsel, Regulatory Counsel, and Staff Attorney from 2007 to 2012.

Additionally, Andrea worked as an Associate Attorney at Pearson & Bernard, PSC from 2005 to 2007, and as a Law Clerk at Franklin County Juvenile & Family Court from August 2005 to December 2005. Andrea started their career as a Legal Assistant at Delev & Williams from March 2002 to March 2003.

Andrea Andre completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati from 1999 to 2002. Andrea then pursued their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree at Capital University Law School from 2003 to 2006. Andrea obtained their Ohio License from the Supreme Court of Ohio in November 2006. Later, in November 2008, they obtained their Kentucky License from the Supreme Court of Kentucky and their Indiana License from the Supreme Court of Indiana in May 2008.
