Matthew Dvorak

Matthew Dvorak is a seasoned professional in workforce management with significant experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Workforce Management at CNG Holdings, Inc. since November 2016, Matthew previously held the position of Senior Manager of Workforce Management and Workforce Planning at Vantiv from April 2014 to November 2016. Prior to that, Matthew spent eight years at PayPal in multiple managerial roles focused on global customer service, merchant planning, forecasting, and operations. Matthew's career began at West Corporation as a WFM/Scheduling Analyst, where the management of forecasting and scheduling for major financial clients was a key responsibility. Education was obtained from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, completing a degree between 1997 and 2002.
