Tony Shepherd is a distinguished financial executive with extensive experience across various sectors, serving as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for multiple organizations including CNG Holdings, Inc., American Discovery Capital, and AMS Fulfillment, Inc. Currently a CFO at CNG Holdings, Tony also operates as Founder and President of BATT Capital Advisors, providing financial and M&A consulting services. Demonstrating expertise in corporate restructuring, financial reporting, and strategic growth, Tony has successfully guided companies through significant transitions, including leading a $13M revenue restaurant franchisee through a chapter 11 process. Tony holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Strategy from Stanford University and a B.A. in Business Economics from UCLA.
