Elias Orozco Hayek

Elias Orozco Hayek is a seasoned professional in operations and business management with extensive experience in the manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Director de Operaciones and Director de Nuevos Negocios y Proyectos at CNH de México since July 2023, Elias previously held the role of Business Director at Metalwork & Stamping from August 2021 to July 2023. Prior experience includes positions at Tupy as Senior Maintenance Manager and at Caterpillar Inc., where Elias spent over 22 years in various leadership roles, including Plant Manager and Technical Services Manager. With a proven track record in manufacturing engineering, product development, and new product introduction, Elias has managed large teams, implemented Six Sigma methodologies, and successfully led projects that enhanced operational efficiency. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey and executive education at IPADE Business School.
