Andrea Welch

Andrea Welch is a seasoned packaging and product development professional with extensive experience in various roles within the medical device and consumer goods industries. Since March 2019, Andrea has served as a Product Configuration Analyst at CNH Industrial. Prior to this, Andrea worked at Nu-World Foods as a Commercialization Manager, where responsibilities included managing customer projects and coordinating extensive rebranding efforts. Andrea's career also includes significant positions at SpinalMotion, Inc. (now Simplify Medical) as a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, and at ArthroCare Corporation in both Engineering Services Manager and Sr. Process Development Engineer roles. Andrea began the career at Parallax Medical as a Packaging Engineer and held multiple positions at Newell Rubbermaid Company, contributing to major acquisitions and overseeing packaging engineering teams. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging from Michigan State University.
