Drew Miller is the Director of UX and Design at CNH Industrial, leading the Precision Technology Group since June 2023. Prior experience includes serving as an Independent Consultant for Product Strategy and Product Design and as VP of Product Design at OJO, where strategic direction and UX vision were established. Additional roles encompass Senior Director of Customer Experience at OJO, focusing on elevating the Product Design Team’s influence, and Executive Director of Design at frogHealth, driving innovation in healthcare. Career beginnings at Trilogy involved leading digital product strategy in the automotive sector. Drew holds a master’s degree in design and computation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a combined degree in architecture from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
