William Howell

William Howell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational technology security and information technology program management. Currently serving as the Global Operational Technology (OT) Security Architecture Manager at CNH Industrial, William designs and implements OT security programs and architectures to mitigate risks across global manufacturing operations. Prior roles include managing a comprehensive cyber defense program, IT governance, and security initiatives at ENGIE North America Inc., as well as overseeing IT security compliance teams for NASA through MORI Associates. William has a strong background in IT infrastructure management, project management, and cyber defense, complemented by a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
