Michelle Talerico

SVP & CIO & Special Projects at CNHI

Michelle Talerico has been working in the field of publishing for over two decades. Michelle started their career as a Pre-Press Supervisor at Preview Community Weekly in 1987. In 1992, they moved to the Traverse City Record-Eagle, where they worked as the Systems & Production Director for nearly 20 years. In 2011, they joined CNHI as the CIO & Special Projects Director, where they oversee all aspects of the company's workflow, including ad services, layout, commercial printing, pre-press, pressroom, and mailroom operations. Talerico is well-versed in all software applications, maintenance, and upgrades, and has a deep knowledge of plateroom, pressroom, and mailroom operations. Michelle also manages the systems coordinator and newsroom system specialist, and serves as back-up to the systems manager. In their role at CNHI, Talerico responds to equipment, technical, and customer service issues, and manages and monitors work flow of the production assistant to ensure job duties and responsibilities are met.

Michelle Talerico's educational career began with completing a program in graphic arts at the Traverse Bay Area Career Tech Center. Michelle then went on to study graphic arts at Glen Lake.
