Sergio Recabarren

Sergio Recabarren is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, consulting, and organizational culture transformation. Currently serving as Chair at Vistage Chile since March 2024, Sergio also holds the position of Founder and CEO at The Human Experience, a role initiated in April 2016. As President of Fundación Chile + Amable and Co-Founder of HUMAN FOOTPRINT, Sergio focuses on consulting, coaching, and training to enhance company cultures. Additionally, Sergio has been the host and creator of the program "En Equilibrio" on CNN Chile since April 2013, discussing the significance of virtuous organizational cultures. Previous roles include Co-Founder at People FIRST Chile, Director of the Training Division at Great Place to Work Institute, and Vice Rector at both Universidad de Las Américas and Universidad Diego Portales. Sergio holds a law degree from Universidad Diego Portales and completed studies at Harvard Graduate School of Education.
