P Sakthivel

P Sakthivel has been part of Reliance Industries Limited for more than 13 years and is currently the Chief Human Resource Officer of Network 18 Group. He has been instrumental in setting up HR systems & processes for Reliance Exploration & Production (E&P) business and Reliance Jio before taking over the current role. Erstwhile he has worked in ONGC, EID Parry India Limited, Arthur Anderson and Bharti Airtel.
