Denise Royal

Denise Royal is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in production and journalism. Currently serving as a Senior Producer at CNN since August 2019, Denise also operates as a Freelance Producer for South Florida Gay News, reporting on LGBT lifestyle and political news since April 2011. As the Owner of Royal Treatment Media, established in August 2012, Denise specializes in comprehensive media production services for corporate clients and non-profits. Previous roles include Senior Producer at BNC, and Freelance Producer at NBC News, where Denise produced content for the 11am midday show. Additional experiences include producing at WLRN Public Radio & Television and serving as a Senior Writer and Content Creator for Cancer Treatment Centers of America. Denise holds a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and a Master's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Lynn University, complemented by coursework at The Wharton School.
