Emma Schwartz

Emma Schwartz is an accomplished producer in the field of documentary filmmaking, currently serving as a Producer for Original Series at CNN since 2023. Schwartz's recent projects include producing the feature documentary "POWER OF THE DREAM" for Prime Video & Amazon Studios in 2023, and working as a Story Producer at Trilogy Films from 2021 to 2023 on various documentary initiatives. Prior experience includes producing and reporting for the award-winning documentary "THE GRAB" at Reveal from The Center for Investigative Reporting, as well as academic roles as a Lecturer and Filmmaker in Residence at the University of California, Berkeley. Schwartz has also contributed to significant social documentaries, including "Not In Our Town" and "BREWED IN PALESTINE," the latter of which received the IDA award. Schwartz holds a Master of Journalism from UC Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts from Universidad Nacional de Cuyo in Mendoza, Argentina.
