Andrew Correll

Andrew Correll is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development and learning. Currently serving as the Director of Organization Development and Learning at CNO Financial Group since January 2016, Andrew has also held roles such as Manager of Training & Instructional Systems Design. Prior to this, positions included Sr. Learning Experience Designer at HighPoint Global, LLC, and Manager of Training and Development at VMS BioMarketing. Andrew’s background in instructional design is supported by experience at Briljent, Bottom-Line Performance, and Adayana. Andrew began a career in education as an English Teacher at MSD of Pike Township. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Instruction and Curriculum Design from Olivet Nazarene University and a Bachelor’s degree in English Education from Bethel College.
